I understand that my tasks with Terra Cares Foundation may involve issues and situations of a sensitive nature and I agree to maintain confidentiality at all times. I give my consent for Terra Cares Foundation to process the information given in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. *

Indemnity Agreement – 1. Confirm that I have voluntarily agreed to participate as a volunteer for Terra Cares Foundation and accept all the risks associated with the performance of my assigned activities as a volunteer whilst engaging in any activity relating to Terra Cares Foundation; 2. Acknowledge that this waiver and release is being signed by me voluntarily, without coercion, duress, or undue influence and with full knowledge of its terms and effects; 3. Confirm that I have read the below waiver and release of liability and fully understand its contents; 4. Irrevocably undertake not to institute any legal action of any nature whatsoever against or in respect of Terra Cares Foundation and/or its boards, employees, volunteers, donors, administrators, officers, agents, sponsors, partners and beneficiary organisations (collectively, the “Released Parties”) or any one of them, and release, waive and discharge Terra Cares Foundation and/or the Released Parties, or any one of them, against any and all litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), liability, damage or costs on account of injury, illness, disease, including permanent disability and death or damage incurred, suffered or sustained by my person, or to any property, caused or alleged to be caused and howsoever arising out of or in connection with the performance of my assigned activities as a volunteer while on the Terra Cares Foundation premises and/or whilst engaging in any activity relating to Terra Cares Foundation. I understand the nature and extent of all of the aforementioned risks and fully assume and accept personal responsibility for all such risks; 5. Hereby indemnify and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terra Cares Foundation and/or the Released Parties, or any one of them, from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action, howsoever arising, and that may arise out of the performance of my assigned activities as a volunteer while on Terra Cares Foundation premises and/or whilst engaging in any activity relating to Terra Cares Foundation. I hereby waive any right of action I have or may have against Terra Cares Foundation and/or the Released Parties, or any one of them; 6. Declare that if any of my actions directly or indirectly cause any kind of damage, loss, and/or injury to any individual of any nature whatsoever and/or if I partake in any illegal activity, I will be personally responsible for it (including any damage, loss and/or injury arising therefrom) and neither Terra Cares Foundation nor any of the Released Parties, or any one of them, shall be held responsible on my behalf; 7. Agree that it is my express intention and the express intention of the Released Parties that the release provided for in this agreement releases the Released Parties from the consequences of any act or omission on the part of the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence or alleged negligence, and including where same are the contributing cause of the claim; and 8. To the extent that anything in this document constitutes a stipulation for the benefit of a third party, such benefit shall be capable of acceptance at any time. *
